Citizens have the opportunity to comment on the proposed sketch plat at this public hearing of the DeKalb County Planning Commission. The Planning Commission is appointed by the County Commissioners to advise them on land use and zoning issues. Working with the DeKalb County Department of Planning and Development, they evaluate proposals based on the DeKalb County Comprehensive Plan and other considerations and provide policy recommendations to the County Commissioners.
