THIS SEPARATE MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND CONSOLIDATED WITH THE DISTRICT 2 MEETING AT TOCO HILLS LIBRARY OCTOBER 14. The Community Council is a group of citizens appointed by the County Commissioners to advise them on land use and zoning issues.

Citizens have the opportunity to comment on the proposed rezoning at this public hearing of the DeKalb County Planning Commission. The Planning Commission is appointed by the County Commissioners to advise them on land use and zoning issues. Working with the DeKalb County Department of Planning and Development, they evaluate proposals based on the DeKalb County Comprehensive Plan and other considerations and provide policy recommendations to the County Commissioners.

Citizens have the opportunity to comment on the proposed rezoning and development at this public hearing of the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners is elected by citizens to administer DeKalb County government.
